Thanks to a happy collaboration with the A.S.C.A. laboratories (Analysis and Certification Services in Agriculture) we were the first company in Europe to promote a sensorial study on the Sicilian almond in comparison to other international varieties. Together with this precious technical partner it was possible to obtain a chemical, physical and organoleptic mapping of this precious seed.
