Very clean olive taste with just the right slightly peppery aftertaste.
E' il secondo anno che compro l'olio da voi e lo trovo sempre molto molto buono! L'ho regalato e fatto comprare anche ad amici, per cui la famiglia si sta allargando. L'unico neo, quest'anno una latta è arrivata molto ammaccata. Il vostro imballaggio era ottimo, ma evidentemente l'avevano sbattuta violentemente da qualche parte...l'olio però non è uscito, per fortuna!

This oil is so tasty, it's addictive! We bought it and wanted immediately to taste it... ended up eating whole ftira with oil and few drops of aceto balsamico (between 3 of us).
