Knowing how to make oil

Generations of artisans of the land, a single passion

A story rooted in land and family

Making olive oil may sound simple. Making an oil people remember is something else entirely.

We have been growing olives since 1888, and after four generations we are still learning from the land.

Because exceptional extra virgin olive oil depends on far more than the olive itself. Soil, climate, the character of each cultivar, the precise moment of harvest, milling and storage all play their part. And none of them ever stays exactly the same.

That is why we follow every harvest closely, learning to recognise what each olive variety can give and how to bring those qualities together.

It takes knowledge, experience and patience, and complete control over every stage of production.

From tending our olive trees and harvesting the fruit, to milling it quickly with our FAST PRESS® system and bottling the oil in our FRANTOIO VERDE.

We grow it. We mill it. We bottle it.
And we put our family name on it.
