Shipping and returns

SHIPPING TIMES

The preparation and shipping time of the goods is indicated within the following 24 hours at most from the moment the order is placed, considering the first working day.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times from email notification of shipment are within 2/3 working days for Italy and 4 working days for smaller islands and remote locations.
Deliveries are made exclusively on working days, from Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 9am to 6pm.
All shipments can be tracked online via our partners' websites accessible via the link indicated in the notification email.

SHIPPING FEES

We also ship a single product. The contribution for shipping costs is fixed and equal to €7.00.

FREE TRANSPORT

Shipping costs are free for orders over the amount of €49.00 (VAT included).
The promotion relating to free shipping is valid for all of Italy, excluding Professional Customers and VAT numbers.
