This is not the first time that I bought your oil. As usual, the taste is fantastic (fruitiness and with an aroma of fresh tomatoes in my opinion!!). But that's me and my olfactory senses!
Anyway, your oil is just great with a sprinkle of ground rock salt and freshly ground black pepper. Then, slightly warmed fresh bread ....and that's heaven on a plate. A 5 star meal consisting of just two ingredients ....Your oil and our Maltese bread!!!
Next day service is exactly what it says… perfectly on time! The oil is the green reality of the Sicilian earth. I love it raw, drizzled over toasted Pinsa with salt and rosemary. I bought the two 3litre tin deal.
