The green oil mill is the home of our olives, where every ray and every seed really counts. Our mill is powered by solar panels and from the products derived from the pressing of our olives (spent pulp and stones) natural fertilizers and pellets are created for the domestic heating of the houses in our territory. Nothing is thrown away in San Basilio. In our small way, we try to create a way of producing that has the least possible impact on the same land on which we grow and produce the same food that we give to our children.
