To place an order do I have to be registered on san-basilio.com?
To make purchases on san-basilio.com it is not necessary to register. You can log in as a guest user or you can follow a simple registration process during the checkout phase of your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided during registration. By registering you will have the opportunity to receive our best news and offers.
I can't register or complete the purchase, what can I do?
If you experience difficulties browsing or completing a purchase, we recommend that you update your browser (Google Chome, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) to the latest version available. I can't enter a discount voucher or convention code, what can I do?
The code is entered during the CHECK OUT phase before payment. If you have problems contact us.
Is there a minimum order?
No, you can place orders of any amount. Below the minimum threshold to obtain free shipping there is a cost contribution of €7.
I placed an order, how do I know if it is confirmed?
Once the order has been completed, you will receive confirmation of your order at the email address used during the purchase. If you don't receive the email, check the Junk or Spam folder in your email inbox and, if you use a Gmail address, also check the Promotions folder.
Can I cancel an order placed?
Once an order has been completed and sent it is no longer possible to cancel it.
If you had problems during the purchase, contact us and explain what happened. We will do our best to answer you as soon as possible and we will certainly find the best solution for you together.
Can I change my parcel delivery address?
Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. However, if you have not yet placed an order, you can correct or change your address at any time. In any case, if the order is still being prepared you can contact us and we will do everything to satisfy you.
Is my data safe when I make a payment?
With san-basilio.com you are safe: all payment information is encrypted to ensure the maximum level of privacy. The Site does not store the credit card number and the relevant credit institution uses the SSL protocol to encrypt the data transmitted between its server and your browser.
May I request an invoice ?
Of course, the invoice can be requested by filling in the "Billing address" field or by sending an email with all the data to info@san-basilio.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Beyond this deadline it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice.
Will an order summary containing the prices be included in my package?
No, you will have the summary in your online account and there will be no reference to the purchases made in the package.
This way you can send orders as "Gifts" without any worries about prices.
What are the shipping times for my package?
Shipping times are generally within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation, excluding periods of intense sales activity such as the Christmas period.
How do I track my package?
You will receive an email or SMS that will keep you updated on the progress of the delivery and a shipping code that you can use on the assigned courier's website.
What happens if the courier can't find me during delivery?
The courier makes two delivery attempts.
If both are not successful, the package will go into storage with the related costs. At this point you will be contacted by san-basilio.com to agree what is most convenient to do.
I received a damaged or unordered product: how can I return it or receive a refund?
We are very careful with packaging and it is very rare for products to be damaged during transport.
If for some reason one or more packages arrive damaged at your address, collect only those that are intact and not tampered with, then contact us immediately at info@san-basilio.com and tell us what happened, perhaps by sending us a photo representing the damage.
Our operators will immediately evaluate whether to issue a refund or replacement.

I paid by credit card, can I receive a refund?
Refunds can be sent via PayPal or bank transfer.
Since we do not have access to credit card details we cannot issue refunds using this same method.
In this case you will be asked for your PayPal details or IBAN for any refund.
